And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always,
even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20
We invite you to examine these institutions and consider supporting them in their finances and by praying for their efforts.
"The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest." Matt. 9:37-38

The Kurt Marquart Fund For Theological Education in Haiti. The Marquart Fund is a perpetual fund that will be administered by members of the Concordia Theological Seminary Class of 2007 for the benefit of theological education in Haiti in honor of The Reverend Doctor Kurt Marquart. For the benefit of our Haitian brothers and sisters in Christ, the fund intends to provide Lutheran books and materials, to facilitate regional pastoral education seminars, and to send teachers of our Lutheran faith from our seminaries and congregations for seminars amongst our brothers in ministry there.
The need for pastoral education in Haiti is great, as most pastors of Haitian congregations have not been seminary-educated. There are too few books, especially theology books in the French or native Creole languages. There is a shortage of teachers of theology. But there is one thing that works to the advantage of the Church in Haiti: small sums of money go a very, very long way. Even a modest fund like ours can make a real difference in the life.

Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, IndianaConcordia Theological Seminary is an institution of theological higher education of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, dedicated primarily to the preparation of pastors for the congregations and missions of the LCMS (and, when appropriate, of her partner churches). Its programs and services offer an understanding of the Christian faith which is Christ centered and Biblically based, confessionally Lutheran, and evangelically active.
Concordia Theological Seminary provides graduate level theological education and continuing study for qualified students and pastors which address meaningfully our non-Christian, pluralistic and culturally
diverse society and world.

Concordia Seminary, St Louis, MOConcordia Seminary serves church and world by providing theological education and leadership centered in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ for the formation of pastors, missionaries, and leaders in the name of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Concordia Seminary's major function is to prepare men for the holy ministry of Word and Sacraments in The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.

LCMS World Relief and Human CareLCMS World Relief and Human Care is motivated solely by the eternal gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is impossible for Gospel-rendered faith in Christ to be idle, and thus thousands of congregations and individuals assist us with their gifts that we might offer assistance to people in need all over the world. They are ambassadors for Christ, his Gospel, and the magnificent confession of that Gospel in the orthodox Lutheran faith. The conservative Lutheran confession of the faith and liberal love of the neighbor belong together in the life of the individual Christian, the local congregation and the national church body.
Please feel free to contact Rev. Matt Harrison by E-Mail with your questions. And please DO prayerfully consider joining him in this blessed task, assisting those in need, in the clear name of Christ.

Lutheran Heritage FoundationImagine trying to understand Scripture in all its richness without the benefit of Luther’s Small Catechism. Or trying to teach young children basic Bible stories without books like A Child’s Garden of Bible Stories. For Lutheran churches around the world, these situations are reality. They don’t have the basic books, so vital to understand the Lutheran faith, because no one has translated them into their languages.
Through the mission gifts of people like you, Lutheran Heritage Foundation translates, publishes, distributes and introduces books that are Bible-based, Christ-centered and Reformation-driven.
In more than 80 countries and 90 languages, thousands of people have come to faith in Christ because they’ve been able to read books like The Good News About Jesus or Luther’s Small Catechism in their own languages.
LHF has published the catechism in more than 40 languages, and 15 additional translations have been requested. In the past decade, LHF has published and distributed more than 350 titles and 3 million Lutheran books to pastors, seminary students,
missionaries and churches – all at no cost to them.
